BPA AGM 2022 INVITATION

This is to notify that the Annual General Meeting of Bengali Performing Arts, Glasgow, shall be held at 2pm on Sunday 8th May 2022 at Netherlee Pavilion, Linn Park Avenue, Nethrelee, East Renfrewshire, G44 3PG.

As you know BPA is a registered charity, and a free, subscription free platform for the promotion of Bengali arts and culture. It is important for all committee members and interested community members/performers to attend the AGM to share their views and support the organisation. You may see our activities at

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

2pm: Welcome reception/light lunch

3 pm: Welcome by President

          Minutes of last meeting

          General Secretary's annual report

          Treasurer's annual report

          Review of Trustee arrangements

          Plans for 2022/23 financial year

          AOCB

We hope to conclude the meeting by 430pm. Please note this meeting is free and open to all to attend.
